Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE on all online orders within Ireland. We post all orders by DHL Business Mail.  We also offer several paid for delivery options at checkout for faster delivery.


About our Service

  • The delivery options for a product can be found on your basket page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6pm.
  • Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur any additional delivery charges as a result
  • If you order items with both 5 and 7 day quoted despatch times, your order may be consolidated and those products will arrive together, usually within 7 working days
  • All orders for same day dispatch must be placed on the site before 4pm.
  • Orders placed on a Saturday delivery will be dispatched on the prior Friday.

Description of Delivery Services

 

DHL Business Post

Your order will be dispatched by DHL using their Business mail service and is normally delivered within 5-7 working days after the date of dispatch. Remote locations may take an additional day.

If you are unable to accept delivery then the local mail delivery office will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details regarding how to arrange for the item to be re-delivered.

DHL Standard

Your order will be dispatched by DHL using their standard service and is normally delivered within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch. Remote locations may take an additional day. A signature will be required on delivery.

If you are unable to accept delivery then DHL will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details regarding how to arrange for the item to be re-delivered.

After your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your DHL consignment number, which you be able to use to track your order on the DHL website.

DHL Express

Your order will be dispatched by DHL using their express service and is normally delivered within 1-2 days after the date of dispatch. Remote locations may take an additional day. A signature will be required on delivery.

If you are unable to accept delivery then DHL will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details regarding how to arrange for the item to be re-delivered.
